The terrace of the residence was renovated into a  lunch & event area for the new office that now inhabits this space. We wanted to extend the same design language of the buildings' facade into the terrace to give a  sense of uniformity. The play on perforations is seen both in the walls and the detail on the chairs. The warm tones of brick comes in the wall,  the floor and also in the temporary roof structure that was introduced. The jali screen is a visual focus in this space that doubles as a backdrop for greenery as well as a screen for the restroom corridor.
